We are looking for a highly motivated Payment Network Partnerships Manager to join us in our Singapore office. This role will be crucial to our success as you will be accountable for building and fostering robust relationships with business partners. Your primary responsibility will be to formulate winning strategies that drive sales growth. As a key player, you will spearhead our commercial partnership initiatives, engaging with influential stakeholders in both local and global markets.

You’ll be responsible for unlocking fresh opportunities and propelling our partnerships to greater heights.


We are looking for an individual who comes from a sales or commercial background with previous experience as a Partnerships/Relationship Manager. Exceptional organisational skills, and a proactive approach are a must to collaboration with our dynamic team. This role is incredibly diverse with opportunity to work on areas such as product initiative and product sales.

What you’ll do

  • Nurture and maintain current partner relationships.
  • Expand our partner network by scouting new channel partners through focused outreach and robust project planning and execution.
  • Create and uphold a dynamic business strategy for our partnership portfolio, aligning with market changes and partner evolution.
  • Develop an exciting partner education program to keep our partners in the loop with the latest developments and offerings.
  • Propel our Partnership relationships, extend these alliances to new regions or industry sector, wherever it makes strategic sense.
  • Create and oversee exciting new business prospects with our partners, documenting all opportunities in Salesforce for a comprehensive record.
  • Dive into partner initiatives, dissecting and reporting on their performance. Forecast strategic shifts and keep a pulse on metrics to drive success.
  • Keep a constant watch over the partner pipeline and lead generation, offering support to ensure a robust flow of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our Sales teams to seize referral opportunities provided by our partner network, ensuring no missed opportunities. In addition to ensuring introductions and business opportunities managed by the sales team are followed up and executed effectively.
  • Take the helm of our partner portfolio, maintaining a tight grip on budgets and forecasts. Regularly provide updates, ensuring adherence to robust budgeting and business planning processes.
  • Managing the contract management and negotiation with our strategic partners. Attend meetings as the face of our organization, ensuring both sides' interests are met. Acting as our liaison between partners, swiftly resolving issues.
  • Champion our partners internally, encouraging conversation and collaboration across the organisation. Keeping the team updated on the latest partner developments and commercial changes, providing regular internal reports and dashboards.
  • Be our ambassador! Represent Thredd at various industry events, webinars, meetings, and workshops, making our presence known.
  • Proven ability with internal stakeholder management – as there will be regular interactions with Marketing to roll out Partner communication strategies and Product to keep the team in the loop about any additional value-added services or solutions from our Partners.

What you’ll need

  • Previous experience within the Partnerships space from a payments background
  • Previous experience interacting and working with payments schemes and networks
  • A passion for cultivating relationships—whether it's fostering new connections or nurturing existing ones.
  • Organisation is key, being naturally detail orientated setting the stage for a seamless and well-structured approach.
  • Experience with seeking new business opportunities and following through with leads/prospects.
  • Proven ability to multitask, you do well under pressure, and are a pro at prioritizing tasks.
  • Skilled communicator — natural ability to translate your message across multiple channels.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Clear commercial acumen and driven by challenge

This role is a hybrid role with 50% of the time in the Singapore office.
