Our client is from the Retail Industry. They are looking for a IT Support Executive to assist their team in the next phase of their business. They are located in They are located at East – easily accessible.
Responsibility:
- Collaborate with external vendors for maintenance and service coordination.
- Provide troubleshooting and support at levels 1 and 2 for both corporate and store users.
- Install, administer, and configure various systems, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Assist in training, onboarding, and offboarding of staff.
- Ensure the firmware of devices such as laptops and desktops is kept up to date.
- Manage and maintain IT assets effectively.
- Develop, establish, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and documentation for IT-related tasks.
- Compile and generate departmental reports in Korean for the HQ IT team.
- Serve as the liaison between the Singapore IT team and HQ IT team to facilitate effective communication and execution of projects and assignments.
- Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or bachelors’ degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail environment
- Strong in business level Korean & English language in order to liase with HQ IT Team in S Korea.
