Youth Employment Support (YES) (青年就业辅助) was formed in 2007 to continue imparting to graduates of Metta School with life skills that promote integration, independence and employment.
Our maiden initiative, Arts@Metta (慈光展艺), has as its mission to provide equal access to enriching artistic endeavours for youths with special needs while creating related training cum employment opportunities under a sustainable framework.
As an ECO Officer , the candidate is responsible in the following areas:
Main Responsibilities
- Support the efficient and effective day-to-day operation at ECO@Metta
- Assist in coaching and mentoring alumni as appropriate to improve performance
- To work closely with the team to engage in new product development and establish contacts with vendors and suppliers for product development
- To manage retail activities, including managing corporate projects, public sales and retailers for consignments
- To drive digital initiatives i.e. social media marketing and managing e-commerce platforms
- To help facilitate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) events and activities
- To create awareness and identify business prospects and opportunities via roadshows and CSR activities
- To maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards
- To handle and manage project related administrative tasks
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
2. Other Responsibilities
- Assist in any Fundraising event and activities
- Perform any other duties as required and/or assigned by the Manager or Management
