Responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintains levels of confidentiality and discretion of the guest and staff at all times
- Ensures that all duties, tasks, and services are carried out according to restaurant's standards
- Recruit, hire, and train staff, ensuring they understand and adhere to the restaurant's standards
Requirements
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Equivalent to a high school degree or higher
- Understand financial management & budgeting, inculding profit and loss analysis
- Verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with staffs & customers
