MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a proactive business partner to the hiring managers, ensuring alignment in the business requirements
- Determine qualification criteria for each position
- Develop talent sourcing channels to attract top talents successfully and efficiently for a diverse level of positions.
- Screen resumes & Interview candidates during various hiring stages
- Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
- Report to hiring managers on the status of open positions
- Answer candidates’ queries regarding the application process & ensure to provide the best candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Be the market expert within industry space and provide regular, relevant reporting on talent landscaping, competitor analysis and resourcing statistics
- Participate in job fairs to boost company’s reputation
Qualifications and Profile
- Work experience as an Internal technical recruiter or talent acquisition in competitive markets
- Knowledge on IT skillsets and understand IT job requirements
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field, or minimum 3 years’ recruitment related experience in IT services
- General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
