Job Scope:
- Guide the Project Team in the role of a Project Manager to oversee and control the advancement of the project and adhere to the budget.
- Oversee and inspect the progress of subcontractors in line with shop drawings, method statements, materials, and samples.
- Collaborate and cooperate with relevant authorities, subcontractors, consultants, or clients regarding shop drawings, materials, and samples.
- Evaluate and synchronize Electrical and ELV design drawings to ensure conformity with design specifications and guidelines.
- Possess comprehensive technical knowledge in Electrical and ELV Services, capable of identifying discrepancies among Electrical, Structural, ID, architectural, and client provisions.
- Effectively manage and implement projects within specified deadlines.
- Participate in meetings with contractors to address issues and provide progress updates.
- Examine and scrutinize drawings and specifications for adherence to compliance.
- Assign tasks to Engineers and Supervisors, ensuring that jobs are completed accurately and in accordance with standards and SOPs.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in M&E / Sub-contractors / Project Management is a plus
- Experience in leading a team or manage project
