Job Description

- Basic $2500 - $3500
- 5 days (8.30am – 6.00pm)
- Location: Penjuru Lane
- 2 ways transport from Jurong East, CCK, Serangoon, Bishan
Responsibilities
- Responsible for full spectrum of purchasing process (sourcing, quotation enquiry, price negotiation, placement of orders and delivery arrangement).
- Data Entry of Purchase Orders (PO).
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
- Sourcing suppliers and purchase electrical equipment, spare parts, and other electronic components.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply without excessive stockpiling and conduct stock take.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvement in the procurement function.
Qualifications
- Min Diploma in business/ supply chain management or other related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in procurement/ purchasing.
- Knowledge with electrical will be an added advantage.
