RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, talent development, compensation & benefits
  • Build relationships with stakeholders as a trusted HR professional by providing value-added HR strategies and advice
  • Lead, manage, coach, and motivate a team to ensure effective, efficient and professional delivery of HR plans, programmes, processes and services
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and compliance with the statutory requirements and regulations by overseeing the monthly payroll processing
  • Compensation & benefits such as salary benchmarking exercise, annual performance management exercise, annual salary and position review, bonus, staff insurance and benefits
  • Analysing and monitoring the resourcing needs, headcounts approvals and budget
  • Prepare HR statistics, data for management reporting and surveys for government agencies
  • Leverage on suitable government workforce initiatives and grants to support organizational growth
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor degree from a recognized university, post-graduate qualification in HRM will be an advantage

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources function
  • Able to lead and assist the manager in full spectrum of HR functions
  • Team Player
  • Possess good stakeholder management
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act and labour laws
  • Attentive to details
  • IHRP Certification Preferred

8.30am to 5.00pm, 5 day work week
