The role includes direct sales engagements with customers (B2B & B2C) and involves collaboration with distributors, product vendor and partners, and internal resources. Key activities include identifying and qualifying prospects, initiating new sales activity and managing sales cycles to closure. Additionally, the role requires the assessment of client needs and providing clients with strategic guidance and product overviews.
Key responsibilities:
* Directing and coordinating all sales activities (B2B & B2C)
* Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
* Updating of product information across online and offline platforms
* Tracking and analysing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
* Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
* Determining price schedules according to fluctuating exchange rates
* Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
* Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
* Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
* Ensuring product availability and timely delivery
Requirements:
* Diploma in Business / Management Studies or equivalent
* Experience in F&B industry preferred
* Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
* Disciplined and driven individual, who has high persistence
* Good communication and analytical skills
* Resourceful and highly adaptable personality
