Career Conversion Programme Available
We are looking for talented individuals with an eye for detail and are keen to enter the Education Industry as an Accounts and Admin Executive under our Career Conversion Programme (CCP). This is a full-time role, where you will undergo 9 months of On-the-Job Training (OJT) with the aim of transforming you into an industry-grade full time professional in this field.
You will play a vital role in supporting various accounting functions, including but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and financial reporting. Accounts and Admin Executive Responsibilities:
- Handle full sets of accounts
- Input accounting data into our systems
- Maintain accurate supplier master data, process supplier invoices and payments, and accounts payable reconciliation
- Perform basic accounting duties on AR and AP
- Prepare monthly management report
- Manage and maintain the filing of documents, correspondence, and contracts
- Assist GM in quarterly GST reporting
- Support internal and external audits for ISO 9001 and any other certifications
- Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agents, and Company Secretary
- Application and submission for government grants/subsidies
- Liaise with Insurance Agent on the renewal of policies
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers
- Provide support to the office as necessary in accounting and administrative tasks
A Successful Candidate should:
- Have at least a Diploma (does not have to be accounting related)
- Be proficient in MS Excel
- Have a strong sense of initiative and be able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
- Be able to both work independently and in a team
- Communicate effectively with both external and internal parties.
- Be able to multitask and prioritise daily workload
