Job Description
To support the fostering of a culture of continuous improvement and organisational effectiveness, through systems, employee relations, talent management and employee development to improve overall performance with the Company.
Responsibilities
- Support Senior Manager, Organisation Development in delivering initiatives that help to shape and deliver continuous programmes for change.
- Partner and engage stakeholders to analyse, manage, coordinate, and execute the organisational-wide learning & development plans and programmes under the auspices of the organisation.
- Support the development of a learning culture that promotes that ongoing development of staff and collaboration between teams.
- Develops training programmes, facilitates implementation of appropriate change management initiatives, and reviews current development programmes to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Assist in review and develop policies to ensure alignment with current market practices and organisational needs.
- Perform administration, course registration, funding strategies, training bonds and logistics support
- Plan and develop pool of credible training and/or service providers
- All other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
- ITE/Diploma/ Bachelor in Human Resource Management and other related studies
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource/ Learning and Organisation Development
- Proficient with MS Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels of staff
- Analytical, goal-oriented and meticulous
- Passionate to learn and impart knowledge and skills
- Proactive and resourceful team player with good problem solving skills

Working Arrangement
Mon to Fri: 830am – 6pm
Salary
$2,600 - $3,800
Entitled to one-month completion bonus with min. performance ‘meet’ rating
