Duties
- Support the Data and Healthy Precinct Toolkit objectives by helping to co-design and develop via agile approachincluding user research, wireframes and evaluate success through usability testing and rapid experimentation.
- Support project lead(s) and collaborate with key stakeholders (both internal and external) in shaping data strategy, structuring data sets and generating analytical reports to support the entire programme lifecycle (including identifying problem statements, understanding needs and gaps, tracking and evaluating outcomes).
- Provide administrative and logistical support towards the oversight of knowledge management (KM) platform including drafting ofKM framework, organisation of internal resource library, and driving change management.
- Support project lead and facilitate project meetings, see through follow-ups and prepare presentation and reports for internal teams and/or external partners.
- Manage project timelines meticulously to ensure on-time delivery within scope.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Degree in the area of health sciences, business, social sciences, economics or other health related disciplines would be advantageous.
- Relevant experience, preferably in healthcare, social and/or community related sectors.
