Business Manager

We are looking for a Business Manager who will focus on serving the Singapore Market. This role is responsible for delivering on account revenue and gross margin targets as well as overall client satisfaction and driving innovation and continuous improvement in partnership with internal and external stakeholders in a matrix environment. The ideal candidate will have the passion for creative, technology and digital solutions and must demonstrate strong communication skills, as they will work closely with executives, colleagues, and clients on a number of projects. The candidate will be a high impact individual capable of driving outstanding business results. He/She will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities to achieve growth and sales targets. This is a full-time position that takes place in a borderless working environment and may involve traveling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive sales and business plans to acquire new clients
- Build relationships with client executive stakeholders
- Owning the client strategy/account plans,
- Build and growing account relationships,
- Responsible for overall operational performance and client satisfaction
- Growing revenue/margin with the client.
- Facilitate effective planning sessions and target account meetings
- Work with leadership to develop compelling proposals and contracts on a timely basis
- Report activities and results accurately and timely each week to the management.
- Fully explore the business needs and buying motivations for each key target account
- Identify and recommend effective solutions, processes, and techniques to accounts
- Develop and maintain a network of prospects that will enable a strong, consistent pipeline forconversion into sales.
- Manage the contact to contract sales process efficiently and effectively, with transparency.
- Stay current on industry trends and new or innovative approaches and incorporates intosolutions
- Pitch and close target clients on appropriate solutions
Prerequisites
- 3+ years of solid record of Enterprise solutions sales or business development.
- Experience in Technology/ Digital products or services would be a big plus,
- Experience identifying, developing, negotiating and closing large-scale deals
- High level of strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically.
- Attention to detail and, when necessary, strong financial acumen.
- Confidence in your ability to create high volume pipelines and accurately forecast close dates
- Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written
- Ability to travel domestically and internationallyBenefits
