Part-time Customer Service reception needed:
(SGD$11/hour)
We are authorised small electrical appliance service center for international branded goods.
Work place Bishan(exit Marymount MRT). Will move to Tai Seng area in future.
1. Attend to walk in customer
2. Pick up calls and enquiries
3. Logged down customer orders/ problems
4. Explain the charges
5. Take care of WhatsApp orders and enquiries and follow up with their orders.
6. Packing of customer's order for courier delivery.
7. 5 work day.
8. Working hours 9am to 6pm
9. Lunch break 1 hour (1-2pm)
10. Computer literacy. Must know excel for simple recording of customer order.
11. Senior citizen are welcome.
12. Salary SGD11 per hour (CPF pay according to government requirements)
