Job Description
Administrative Support
· Maintain general filing system manually or electronically
· Validate and record staff petty cash claims for reimbursement
· Assist new staff to register facial data in biometry attendance system
· Compile and prepare bi-weekly progress site report.
· Arrangement of worker transport
· Consolidate timecard for worker monthly
· Assist to raise material request form to purchasing
· Other administrative duties as assigned (example: maintain office stationery stocks)
Public Relations Management
· Handle public enquiries, complaints, and feedbacks
· Establish and maintain good relationship with stakeholders living/working near to construction site
· Provide hotline for public to feedback
· Distribute flyers, newsletter, circulars
· Inform public in advance for schedule of loud noise activity or other nuisance
Requirement
- Minimum O’ Level or some formal qualification
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in administrative role, preferably in construction industry
