Executive Secretary/ Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Manage the schedules and calendars of the Senior Management
  • Plan the logistics for the Senior Management
  • Manage Senior Management's meetings and participation in various events.
  • Arrange travel for Senior Management, coordinate activities during their business trips
  • Prepare internal submissions such as routings, documents, accounts, for review and approval by Senior Management.
  • Handle claims payment for Senior Management team
  • Support the Manager as a liaison in connection with significant stakeholders.
  • Help in meeting and event coordination as delegated by the respective team members.
  • Assist the Manager in arranging and execution of meetings.
  • Keep sensitive information confidential.
  • Perform other secretarial duties as needed.


Requirements

  • Bachelor or Diploma in Secretarial or Business Administration
  • At least 5 years of experience as Executive Assistant or Secretary, with experience supporting C-level executives.
