Key Responsibilities:
To respond to customer inquiries and provide information
products, services, and addressing general medical inquiries in a clear and professional
manner.
To assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing
returns or exchanges.
To develop a deep understanding of product offerings to
effectively address customer questions and concerns.
To Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in
customer relations management (CRM) for reporting and analysis purposes.
Qualifications:
● Min N/O Level /Diploma
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or a related field is a plus.
