Responsibility:
- Plan and oversee the company's compensation and benefits programs.
- Review and modify existing programs to ensure compliance with legislation.
- Support the recruitment process.
- Manage day-to-day compensation and benefits-related activities.
- Develop competitive and cost-efficient programs to retain employees and attract top talent aligned with company strategy.
- Lead compensation and benefits programs.
- Participate in benefit benchmarking and market trend analysis.
- Manage performance appraisal and bonus review.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in handling compensations and benefits
- Experience in manufacturing industry is a bonus
