- Responsible for overseeing import/export documentation, custom declaration, and Tradenet operations.
- Handling various general shipping tasks, which also include data entries.
- Preparing Bills of Lading (B/L), manifests, and invoices.
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers.
- Generating customer billing for the provided services.
- Efficiently organizing transportation arrangements for cargo delivery.
- Fulfilling any additional ad-hoc duties as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in the relevant field.
- Preferably, individuals with specialization in Logistics/Supply Chain, Clerical/Administrative Support, or a related equivalent will be given preference.
- The ability to excel in a demanding and fast-paced work environment is essential.
