- Perform skin analysis and professional facial treatment in accordance with standards set by the company
- Ensure client satisfaction and comfort after each therapy
- Access, educate and recommend clients’ daily skincare regime with follow-up calls
- Prepare treatment rooms, maintain cleanliness and neatness of workstations
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment before and after procedures
- Provide support for customer care and scheduling of appointments
- Log all client’s product or services recommendations accurately
- Building good rapport and establishing good relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals
