Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Food Ingredients)
- Position Title: Food Technologist / Food Chemist
- Working Location: Tai Seng (Walking Distance from MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM – 5 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,300 + AWS + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for conducting evaluation of products (in-house and external) and developing new recipes
- Modifying/improving existing recipes, intended for submission to customers, both reactively and proactively
- Perform tests on food ingredients and product prototypes and ensure that correct methods are used to create data for the required food quality standards
- Conceptualise ideas from food preparation processes for marketing purposes
- Deliver the requirements through timely and effective management of projects
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

- Diploma/Degree in Food Technology/Science/Nutrition or any Applied Science field.
- Has 1-2 years of experience working with processed food flavours, seasoning manufacturers, or processed meat producers.
- Candidates must have culinary skills for application development (e.g. simple cooking, testing and developing the use of products).
