Job Responsibilities:-
- Driving the overall operational and business performance of the Company;
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Company;
- Collaborating with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth;
- Developing and implementing systems and controls for monitoring operational KPIs;
- Ensuring efficiency of all projects and compliance with statutory and mandatory requirements;
- Any other related or ancillary duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time depending on the Company's business and operational needs.
Job Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance with at least 10 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in Banking and Finance sector will be advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to navigate in changing environments.
