Job Description Responsibilities
• Support the HR functions which include, but are not limited to, recruitment and selection; rewards and benefits; staff information system; process re-engineering and automation; HR data analytics and data management.
• Identify opportunities for process re-engineering and automation for greater effectiveness and efficiency.
• Review and streamline HR data management, set up the e-filing system.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations on key HR metrics and workforce analytics to generate insights for strategic decision making.
• Partner with operational divisions as HR Business Partner to enable Tote Board to meet our vision and mission.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned, contributing flexibly and adaptively to the broader goals of the department.
Requirements
• Trained in Human Resource, Information technology, IT & Computer Science.
• Experience in Government agencies/public organisations, with knowledge in Workday HR modules, Tableau and/or Advanced Excel Applications is highly advantageous.
• Relevant experience in HR Business Partnering and Employee Engagement.
• Strong passion and knowledge for implementing data management, automation and improving HR processes.
• Possess a can-do attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to engage and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels.
