About this role:
This position is one of the key team members of our eCommerce team. You will be responsible for running B2B and B2C eCommerce for Multiple brands with strong coordination with online Platforms and principles.
What does success look like?
- Provide end-to-end solutions comprising of order management, Seller center management, fulfillment, and coordination of last-mile services.
- Responsible for quarterly project management from planning to execution and maintenance as well as traffic/sales projection; including product listings, images, campaigns, orders, warehouse management & and delivery fulfillment, payments, refunds, customer service, and inquiries in all E-Commerce platforms.
- Provide good customer service, after-sales service, and handling of inquiries on marketplaces
- Work closely with warehouse operations for e-commerce during mega campaigns (may require office hours/ weekend engagement with key stakeholders)
- Maintain inventory and stocks in the E-Commerce platform.
- Key liaison with eCommerce partners and principles
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish & and implement online promotional pricing and product strategies to drive and track traffic & and sales performance.
- Execute & and maintain platform content as instructed by Principles while ensuring all content (pages, products & prices, etc) is up to date, current, and in line with guidelines/references.
- Manage pricing and promotional budgets as deployed by the principles.
- Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Be involved in occasional events and execute any ad-hoc projects given by management.
- Purchase Order processing into the companys ERP System.
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce
- Interest and understanding in E-commerce and excited about e-commerce marketing.
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the retail or consumer goods industry is a must.
- Effectively bilingual
