About the Role

Rewards – being a strong partner and advisor to HR counterparts and senior stakeholders on all rewards related matters. This position is responsible for aligning rewards framework & policies with LBU strategic objectives in AIAIM. The position will partner closely with HRBP and other HR CoEs to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

  • Responsible for designing, planning, and implementing benefits, wellness, and compensation programs, policies, and procedures that are aligned to the business strategy.
  • Represent the centre of expertise on all compensation matters, provide advisory on best practices and thought leadership on the development of total rewards methodologies and approaches.
  • Work closely with HRBP and other HR CoEs to analyse workforce trends & metrics, identify and plan for HR needs and programs to support the organization development / change efforts i.e. conduct job evaluations, anticipate & plan impact changes in rewards area. Lead the implementation of new projects and initiatives as a result.  
  • Lead the annual PDD & TCR exercise including securing Board endorsement.
  • Budget management for entire AIAIM (S&B .
  • Plan and direct the implementation of all benefit plans. 
  • Assess the effectiveness of current programs in relation to the company objectives and implement change where necessary. 
  • Manage vendor relationships, contract and purchasing processes and negotiations i.e. survey vendors.
