The incumbent for this position will be the key administrator for the MSc Mechanical Engineering programme in the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. The incumbent will also assist with other functional tasks for the Graduate Studies Office, as required.
Job Description
Administrate all processes from admissions to matriculation, coursework and graduation pertaining to the assigned MSc programme.
Manage and attend to administrative processes pertaining to MSc dissertation submission and examination.
Attend to procurement requests and work requests for the Graduate Studies Office.
Contribute to and support events organized by the Graduate Studies Office such as Orientation and Welcome sessions, Workshops, Alumni networking event, Industry Seminar series, Graduation Dinner, Programme Retreat, and any Overseas Outreach trips.
Attend to enquiries by prospective students, current students, and faculty.
Facilitate preparation of data and statistics as and when required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, or Diploma with 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in student administration services
