The NTU Office of Admissions (OA), an office within the Students and Academic Services Department, is organised in the four key functional areas that support the university’s quest in recruiting quality students to pursue their undergraduate and/or graduate education. These four areas are Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions, Talent Outreach and Marketing and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing designs (digital and printed) for admissions related publicity materials, such as brochures, postcards, eDMs, posters, banners, event e-invite etc.
- Assist to coordinate the production of admissions and scholarship brochures.
- Assist to update and seek clearance for contents of the Minimum Subject Requirement brochures.
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all design projects.
- Assist in checking all graphics related to the publicity of the Open House during design and production process, and on site for set-up day.
- Assist in preparing/updating SOP on production for all publications.
- Prepare and maintain proper records of design files, assets and projects documentation for all publications and graphics for events.
- Assist in event registration for outreach events.
- Process payment to students ambassadors for events, maintain and keep track of Time-Off e-system records as well as assist in other administrative matters.
Requirements
- Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in designing visuals/artwork for both printed and digital platform.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and web design.
- Knowledge of video creation and editing software.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative, meticulous and a great eye for aesthetics.
- Positive attitude to work with ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong team player.
