Responsibilities
Partnership Management
Contribute to the planning and execution of outreach activities.
Send periodic updates to principals and further education counselors of high school partners.
Plan and coordinate marketing and outreach activities in new targeted countries while deepening penetration in traditional markets.
Establish and cultivate strong relationships with top schools through regular engagement for instance sending of EDM and relevant updates on their graduates studying in NTU.
Get prompt feedback from partners on political and economic changes on the ground that might affect admissions results.
Execute and adapt marketing campaign in different overseas markets based on differences on the ground.
Marketing and Event Management
Work with team in conducting outreach activities based on outreach schedule and liaise with stakeholders to ensure successful conduct.
Organize outreach visits to partner schools and coordinate with faculty representatives from colleges.
Host foreign visitors from partner institutions and handle walk-ins by prospective applicants and their parents.
Work with MOS team to ensure that marketing collaterals are updated and appropriately stocked.
Admissions application and selection
Understand the education systems in new markets and propose admissions selection criteria based on market practices, intake targets, and applicant quality.
Work with supervisors and schools to manage the issuance of offers, monitor acceptances, and handle appeals to meet the objectives of the MOE and NTU Management.
Update and adhere to admissions policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Supervisory
Coach a team of at least 2 support staff and temporary staff in processing applications and answering queries.
Select, hire, and supervise temporary staff.
Participate in work improvement projects.
Administrative
Work closely with team members in delivering excellent service to internal and external customers.
Requirements
A degree from a recognized university.
At least 7 years’ relevant working experience in a higher educational institution or management of professional education programmes would be an advantage.
At least 4 to 6 years supervisory experience and in managing a team with more than 1 direct report.
Prior experience in business development, partner and/or event management.
Proficient in MS Office applications and data analytics.
Good communication skills with an excellent command of written and spoken English with public speaking experience.
A strong collaborator – ability to work well in within the team and with key stakeholders.
Possess exceptional organizational skills – the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
Possess strong analytical, interpersonal and customer service skills.
