In collaboration with the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), Nanyang Business School (ASEAN & China Programme Office) has commenced its new NTU International MBA (IMBA) to prepare working professionals in Vietnam for global business leadership roles in today’s green and technology-driven technology. This role reports to the Assistant Director (Operations) in the ASEAN & China Programme Office (Singapore) and work directly with counterparts who are based at University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) to support the daily operations and engage the Vietnamese-speaking markets and students for the IMBA.
Job Description
- Support the Assistant Director (Operations) in the management and coordination of administrative and operations-related functions for the IMBA (Vietnam)
- Programme and Curriculum Management (Including but not limited to timetabling, faculty appointment, exam planning, administer course registrations, candidature matters and academic assessments etc.)
- Faculty Support and Student Management
- Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of orientation activities for the programmes, including procurement of orientation items, refreshments, preparation classes and materials, workshops, and teambuilding events.
- Monitor student’s graduating status and schedule graduation and related activities.
- Strive towards the provision of positive, enriching, and memorable academic and social experiences for the students through carrying out the operational, administrative aspects of the programmes with integrity, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset.
Requirements
- A degree holder, preferably with relevant work experience of 5 to 7 years, with at least 3 years of experience in customer service and administration, preferably in the education industry
- Relevant experience in marketing communications will be an added advantage
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Be able to multi-task effectively and work under pressure
- Possess strong leadership, organisational and supervisory capabilities
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Proficiency in both (reading, writing, and speaking) in English and Vietnamese is essential due to the need to effectively engage with Vietnamese-speaking markets and students
