RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in project discussions and requirement gathering with BIPO and their endusers.
- Research on Optimization for modeling robust manpower scheduling.
- Design and implementation of GNN for manpower scheduling.
- Design, develop, integrate & implement test-bed systems to meet project partner requirements and system performance requirement.
- Minimum PhD degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or closely related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant research experience in Optimization using tools like ORTools, CPLEX or Gurobi.
- Proficient in Java and Python.
- Competent in Gurobi or CPLEX.
- Competent in Google OR Tools.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task and carry out tasks independently.
- Excellent team player and strong inter-personal skills.
