- Overall, responsible to provide personalized and cost-effective care to the residents in the nursing home in accordance to established policies and procedures, standards of nursing care and practices.
- Adheres to approved standards of nursing practices and maintenance of professional standard through continuing education and development.
- Liaise closely with resident’s doctor and multidisciplinary team to provide care to the residents.
- Assist in training and development of care staff including orientation and induction training for new and junior staff.
Requirements:
- SNB Registered with Advanced Diploma in Nursing
- BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) Certified and Practicing Certified
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with the Destitute Person’s Act and the Destitute Person (Welfare Home) rules and regulations
