Responsible for ensuring timely and quality execution of client deliverables and consulting with clients on Workday projects independently. Develops solutions to complex problems/projects across multiple domains or clients. Serve as Subject Matter Expert in the area of expertise and consults on complex projects within a domain.
- Supported by an Integration Lead or working independently on smaller projects, play and active role in the delivery of a defined set of integrations that meet the client's business requirements
- Serves as Subject Matter Expert in functional/technical area.
- Obtain a thorough understanding of the client's business requirements, identify the most appropriate integration approach and capture accurate integration requirements,
- Translate the client's requirements into a detailed design that fully leverages the Workday integration toolset,
- Apply Workday integration expertise and technical skills to build complex integrations,
- Share knowledge of the Workday integration platform with the client to support their implementation decision making process and successfully transition into life in production.
- Work in collaboration with Functional and Data Conversion effort required to implement Workday Solution.
Required experience:
- 8+ years implementing HR, Payroll or Financials technical solutions with Workday, SAP, Oracle or similar applications
- 8+ years consulting experience, either within a consulting/software organisation or as an internal consultant
- Must possess a Workday Integration certification
- 5+ years of experience as a certified consultant in Workday integration platform is required
- Should have worked in at least 10+ Workday implementations.
- Must be certified in WD Studio and have experience deploying projects using the same
- Experience in communication and Issue debugging with different vendor systems
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, business or other relevant field of study
- A holder of the relevant Workday Certifications- Integrations and Workday Studio, Launch
- Use excellent oral and written communications skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels and build productive working relationships
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise, responding with a sense of urgency to immediate needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change
- Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time
