- Salary: Up to $6,200 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Attending to enquiries, prospecting, conducting site visits and securing buyers or tenants for the ready-built factories and industrial land in Batam & Bintan
- Sourcing of new business opportunities and building of marketing pipelines which includes working with agencies, partners and government bodies.
- Negotiation and putting up recommendation of offers received for new leases, renewals or sales
- Responsible for lease management
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in investment marketing of Industrial Real Estate and lease.
- Bilingual in English & Chinese to coordinate with Chinese speaking customers
- Willing to travel to Batam & Bintan
