Admin Assistant Roles & Responsibilities
·Prepare and provide invoices to customers through multiple channels (e.g. mail, e-mail etc.).
· Issue customer account statements.
· Answer and transfer any incoming call and received visitors.
· Answer and resolve any queries received from customers regarding billing.
· Send reminders, and contact customers for follow-up on payments.
· Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
Required Skill(s)·
- Candidate must possess minimum LCCI dipolma;
- At least 1 years of working experience in a related field is preferred;
- Excellent time management and organization skills;
- Proficient in MS Office is a must;
- Proactive and mature working attitude;
- Able to work 5.5 days.
