Job Description
- Develop & implement QMS system & take the lead of continuous improvement process & initiatives
- Provide root cause analysis & preventive action plans to resolve non-compliance issues
- Analyze internal & external data to identify areas for improvement & communicate with relevant parties for quality improvements
- Ensure the compliance with ISO 9001 & all relevant standards to both internal company policies & customer standards
- Maintains and implements the Quality Management System (QMS) for the organization.
- Manages Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA&QC) by conducting audits for quality system conformance, and by liaising across departments to maintain good documentation control and management.
- Conducts investigations into inconsistent quality processes and non-conformance and recommends preventive actions to eliminate recurrences of such issues.
- Monitors product failure data and performance trends, and initiates remedial actions with relevant departments, where necessary.
- Identifies opportunities and prepares recommendations for continuous improvement in quality, productivity and cost efficiency.
- Handle Customer Complaint resolution, onsite & offsite
- Lead supervise OQA production lot acceptance and FAI submission team for achieving OTD objective.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Precision Engineering, Mechanical, Quality, Engineering or equivalent.
- Meticulous, thinks systematically and is able to work independently.
- Possesses good organization, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Quality Management System and ISO 9001-2015. Certified Auditor will be a plus.
- Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma and 8D Discipline methodology highly desirable.
- MS Excel, PowerPoint a MUST and ERP knowledge an advantage.
