- Handle and maintain the full set of accounts, P&L, Balance Sheet, General ledger, Financial Reporting, Forecast, and Budget.
- Handle all accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions .
- Prepare and submit GST returns within the deadlines
- Perform intercompany billing
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation listing
- Perform monthly reconciliation of bank statements
- Responsible for accurate monthly closing of accounts.
- Prepare budget forecast and cash flow statements on a yearly basis
- Liaise with external Corporate Tax agents on taxation matters
- Process staff claims and reimbursement of claims
- Maintain the General Ledger and reconciled monthly accounts, including journal entries and variance analysis
- Support regulatory and internal reporting, which includes monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting
- Maintain accounting controls and recommend policies and procedures to enhance process efficiencies
- Manage and monitor performance metrics, KPI tracking, and reports of the finance team.
- Coordinate and arrange with shipment to/ fro Singapore
- Other ad-hoc admin duties assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting with 2 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
- Knowledge in Business Accounting is a key requirement.
- Knowledge of handling a full set of accounts, CPF ruling, GST, and Tax regulations
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Pivot Table. AutoCount knowledge will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines and with good time management skills
