JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • To process the full-suite of payroll for Sinagpore and overseas employees
  • Process monthly benefit claims for all employees
  • To upload accruals, post general ledgers, prepare secondment billings and process payments, accounts clearance,
  • handle audit queries and system testing for changes relating to payroll and claims;
  • To verify timesheets and process invoices
  • Any other tasks related to this role

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience using SAP HR is preferred
  • Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology tools
  • Strong aptitude to learn quickly and pick up new skills, highly adaptable
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented and organized
  • Independent and good team player
