1. Job Title :- Assistant Purchaser
Job Description & Responsibilities: -
· Handle day to day materials order from Site.
· Assist with evaluation of Quotation and preparation of Compairson documents.
· Liaise with Project Manager/Designated staff to valuate and clarify Materils/Tools specification for order.
· Assist in verifying sub-contractor claims.
· Prepare of monthly Project Total Order.
· Carry out contract administration duties.
· Preparing and assist in the Project Bill of Quantilty.
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
· Perform Quantity take-off for supplies to quote.
· To prepare BQ, tender document, cost comparison for Management review including source, complies, evaluates etc
· Possess at least a Professional Certificate or related discipline in Building/M&E.
· Demonstrated good letter writing skills in respect of contract provision and external communication.
