Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations in F&B and oversee the outlets
- Responsible in maintaining staff service standards and must have good attitude
- Ensure all rules and regulations are in line with SFA
- Plan and manage operation schedules and manpower needs
- Implement food and beverage strategy
- Daily roll-call with the team and drive operation effectiveness
- Knowledgable in service techniques and actively seeking feedbacks and improvement
- Ensure cleanliness on the outlets and conduct checking on equipments to maintain the quality
- Any other duties assigned by the management
