Salary range: $2,200-$2,600
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Report to the Duty Manager (PAX) and Passenger Service Specialist (PSS)
· Take charge of assigned flights, reporting to the PSS for pre-flight briefings, ensuring correct flight numbers, destinations, and departure times, processing documentation, and handling passengers politely.
· Ensure necessary travel documents, passports, and ticket validity checks are correct before acceptance.
· Perform administrative duties, such as sorting telexes and distributing General Declarations and Passenger Manifests.
· Responsible for housekeeping, cleanliness, counter sweeps, service desk duties, and adhering to grooming guidelines.
· Must comply with Personal Data Protection Commission regulations.
· TRAINING PROVIDED
Key Attributes:
· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
· Able to perform rotating shift work including weekends and public holidays
· Customer Oriented and a good team player
· Comfortable with using computer
· Able to converse and write in English confidently
· Good people management skills
