Role Description
The role of the Regional Business Operations Senior Executive/Executive is to plan, coordinate and ensure all business operations in the Asia region are implemented within the budget, timeline, and scope. To excel in this role, you should be proactive, self-motivated, demonstrate excellent willingness to learn and problem-solving skills. You should possess a strong passion in products, innovations and trends in skincare, beauty cosmetics and personal well-being which leads to a insatiable appetite to be exposed to and participate in our product development process, from conceptualisation to final product deliverables. • Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships and act as a primary point of contact for external vendors/clients and internal teams for operations matters • Interface with internal teams to facilitate information sharing on operational aspects of the projects (planning/ packaging/ purchasing/ quality/ manufacturing/ logistics) • Coordinate and manage day-to-day business operations, tracking budgets, expenditures, contracts, and performance objectives • Manage administrative tasks, including processing purchase orders, creating invoices, samples shipments, maintaining customer files, and internal documentations • Manage and support marketing activities in the Asia region, including exhibitions, marketing collaterals and digital marketing activities on social media platforms such as LinkedIn • Employ problem-solving skills to address inquiries and resolve operational issues • Proactive about meeting business needs and providing solutions with minimal guidance • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and excel under evolving conditions • Lead the execution of various special projects/ task forces/ business improvement initiatives as requested by management team • Contribute to a collaborative team environment with excellent communication skills and compliance with regulatory-based best practice
