1) Answer phone calls at Call Centre to assist students/parents, members of public with regards to:
- Online application for full-time and part-time courses.
- Simple course advising on full-time and part-time courses (i.e. min. entry requirement for full-time and part-time courses, registration period, course fees, appeal process, vacancies available etc)
- Directional queries.
- Student matters (i.e. reset of password, bursary/financial assistance application/status, purchase of subsidized laptops, lockers, graduation, lost & found, certs collection, replacement of certs etc)
- Any other queries (i.e. rental of facility, interns for company, parking etc)
2) Other administrative duties include:
- PSEA form checking and sorting.
- Preparing letters to be mailed out to students.
- Updating information on booklets
- Certificates packing and distribution.
- Able to assist outreach team on tour duty when needed.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

- Working days: Mon - Fri (office hours)
