Job Requirements:
1、Develop and implement blockchain business development strategies, identify new business opportunities and potential customers, establish connections with them, understand their needs and challenges, and recommend suitable blockchain solutions.
2、Develop and implement user growth strategies, including but not limited to digital marketing, social media promotion, content marketing, search engine optimization, etc., to attract more potential users and drive registrations.
3、Identify, screen, and negotiate partnerships within the blockchain industry to expand product distribution channels and influence.
4 、Analyze the competitive landscape and trends in the blockchain industry, provide market feedback, and contribute to product improvement.
5 、 Assist in formulating sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and exposure.
6 、 Participate in blockchain industry events, conferences, and activities, representing the company to showcase product advantages and features to clients and partners.
7 、 Establish and maintain effective communication channels with potential customers and partners, address customer inquiries and complaints, and improve customer satisfaction and retention.
8 、 Provide regular reports to management on business development progress and sales performance, offering data and insights to support business decision-making.
Job Responsibilities
1 、 Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
2 、 3+ years of experience in blockchain industry-related business development (BD), with knowledge of blockchain technology and its applications.
3 、 Strong market insight and business acumen, capable of accurately grasping marketopportunities and challenges in the blockchain industry.
4 、 Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, capable of building strong collaborative relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
5 、 Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working under pressure and achieving sales targets.
6、Proficient in using office software and CRM systems, capable of data analysis and business reporting.
7、User-centric mindset, dedicated to providing excellent service and user experience.
8、Passion for blockchain technology and applications, and a willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest industry trends.
9、Fluency in mandarin to facilitate better communication and coordination with the Chinese team and partners.
10、Work location:Singapore with the requirement of long-term assignment at the work location,with priority for locals.
