Job Title: F&B Business Development Manager


Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven F&B Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the Food and Beverage (F&B) sector. The F&B Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, fostering client relationships, and implementing effective business strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis and Research:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential competitors in the F&B industry.

- Analyze consumer preferences and industry developments to stay ahead of market changes.

2. Business Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.

- Collaborate with the senior management team to align business goals with overall company objectives.

3. Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

- Identify and target potential clients, leading the acquisition process from initial contact to contract negotiation.

4. Partnership and Collaboration:

- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, collaborations, and alliances within the F&B sector to drive business growth.

- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that are mutually beneficial.

5. Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Work closely with the sales team to drive business opportunities, providing support in closing deals and achieving sales objectives.

6. Product and Service Development:

- Collaborate with the product development team to identify and develop new offerings based on market demand.

- Ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.

7. Financial Management:

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing regular reports to senior management.

- Develop and manage budgets related to business development activities.

8. Communication and Presentation:

- Effectively communicate the value proposition of products and services to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and partners.

9. Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.


Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business development within the F&B industry.

- Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
