JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Campaign and Programs Lead at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional program teams across the company. You will be focused on the overall management and development of business programs and initiatives across the region for our team of Business Development Representatives. This will include extensive design, coordination, and prioritization with various business leaders. You will be an advocate for pipeline generation, building and overseeing prescriptive business motions to allow our business development team to provide services and solutions to customers to build our business pipeline. You will define the overall framework, manage the overall operations (e.g. manage the cadence of activities, create reports or performance scorecards, and own metrics reporting into the leadership team), and will need to work with key stakeholders to support them in developing, and launching.
Qualifications
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and deliver a high volume of pipeline creation sales programs and pipeline progression initiatives to support Google Cloud sales into the enterprise market.
- Craft and execute scalable campaigns that will contribute to long-term pipeline and business generation. Identify sales pipeline gaps within region, develop structured hypothesis and lead pipeline generation programs that will contribute to the region's long-term business generation goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand Google Cloud go-to-market strategy and translate this to executable programs that advocate pipeline growth.
- Provide sales teams with insights around outbound acquisition plans, to include identifying target markets, developing messaging, and providing business training.
- Align with regional sales, marketing, and partner teams on key metrics and business reviews to build strategies, plans, and impact.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 8 years of experience working in an Enterprise Software/Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business organization.
- Experience with sales processes/operations, including Inside Sales, Field Sales and Pre/Post Sales.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 10 years of experience in Enterprise B2B IT company, corporate strategy, or equivalent project management experience in a technology/media company.
- Experience influencing stakeholders in a matrixed organization while leading large projects/programs.
- Experience with Project Management, CRM systems, Lean, Six-Sigma, Kanban, Business Process Design (BPD) Business Process Improvement (BPI), ERP, and Business Process Management (BPM).
- Experience presenting and facilitating workshops.
- Distinctive problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to be flexible in a fast paced environment with limited direction and balance competing priorities and manage several time-sensitive projects at once.
