Responsibilities :
- Handle reception services such as greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls and outgoing calls, and assisting in overseas calls
- Arranging incoming/outgoing mail
- To assist in handling corporate secretarial works (draft resolutions, execute filings with ACRA, update & maintain statutory and corporate records required by Company Act
- Manage general admin, such as billing and collection, attendance records and medical claims for staff, etc
- Respond to a variety of customer requests and inquiries
- To build, establish, maintain, and improve relationships with existing and potential clients
Requirements:
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work
- Mature, responsible, adaptable, and flexible with a good work attitude
- Fast learner and resourceful with good logical and analytical thinking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of Chinese & English in both written & spoken (to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates)
- Relevant experience in the corporate secretarial field would be an added advantage
