ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with operation departments for supporting operation in the area of inventory transactions and costing.
- Product cost simulation any time. Compute and maintain all cost of products manufactured in various divisions. Calculate 20 main products cost in monthly.
- Review and perform standard cost simulation bi-annually and present change impact (product design, material cost, forex) results to Accounts.
- BOM cost review, Engineering BOM cost update in anytime when requested.
- Involvement in Ad-hoc projects, price build-up for new products with operations.
- Prepare monthly inventory ageing report highlighting obsolete risk-buy material and analysis of the reasonableness of purchase & level of inventory.
- Half-yearly stock-take preparation and arrangement.
- Product cost variance analysis from Internal Order budget vs actual spending, purchasing price variance and production variance. From there, prepare product margin analysis.
- Periodical tracking preset direct labor/OH hour rate vs actual level of the rate.

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements
- Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, ACCA or CPA with at least 3 years of working experience in related field is required
- Accurancy and attentive to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitive skills
- Proficient in advance excel, and SAP system experience will be preferred
