Key Responsibilities:
· Managed day to day activities of Commissioning Leads and technician personnel.
· Execute commissioning preparation and planning activities, identify specialty vendors, facilitate handovers, ensure safe and satisfactory execution of System Commissioning Procedures.
· Supervise the commissioning team throughout the verification and acceptance in all commissioning phases.
· Demonstrate and confirm all systems perform in accordance with project procedures and specifications. Identify temporary requirements, including fluids, services, materials, etc. required for commissioning activities.
· Responsible for vendor scope identification, contract implementation, purchase order setup, cost management, and development of vendor scope of work documents.
· Worked with project scheduler to optimize schedule and identify opportunity work.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
· Minimum of 25 years of experience in commissioning, preferably in the construction industry
· Strong knowledge of commissioning processes and procedures
· Excellent project management and organizational skills
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment
· Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
· Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
· Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
· Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred
