Responsibilities
- Management and monitoring of all installed systems and infrastructure are responsibilities.
- Set up, configure, test, and keep operating systems, application software, and system management tools up to date.
- Maintain the highest standards of system and infrastructure availability and operational performance.
- Keep security, backup, and redundancy procedures in place.
- Assist customers with technical concerns and requests.
- Work with vendors and other IT personnel to resolve issues.
- Protect the information being processed, stored, or accessed by the network by maintaining confidentiality.
- Keep track of application or system issues and fixes for future reference.
- As a computer resource, assist workers from different departments.
Requirements
- At least a Diploma in IT related studies
- 3 years of IT technical experience is required.
- At least Level 2 support capability
