Responsibilities:
• Drive the best customer experience in an app through digital-first products and services, both new and existing portfolios
• Responsible for NPS of new customers and existing customers
• Conduct market research to identify new customer needs and opportunities.
• Evaluate new product and service ideas.
• Develop product roadmaps and timelines.
• Manage the product development process, including working with technical teams, app developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Test and validate products and services before launch.
• Launch and market new products and services.
• Manage Giga's existing product portfolio, including making enhancements and fixing bugs.
• Track and analyze product performance.
• Monitor the performance of sales, competitive movements, conduct pricing benchmarks, insights from data analytics and use this information to create new competitive offerings
• Work with other departments within the company to ensure that products and services are aligned with the company's overall strategy
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the telecommunications industry and/or in start-ups.
• Strong understanding of the product development process, from ideation to launch.
• Experience in conducting market research and developing product roadmaps.
• Experience in managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
